If anyone needs a bellhousing plate to bolt a 60's,70's GM SBC pattern bellhousing to the 4200 I have them in stock. 3/8" steel laser cut and cnc machined for the bolt holes. The dowel pins are in the same location on the 4200 as the earlier (194/292 & SBC) transmission.

In my quest to put a 700R behind a 4200, in a 1967 short box, I need one of those. How is the starter location handled? How much and where/when in the city can I pick-up?
