Well after trying numerous times...I can finally post !!
I live in England and have a 70 Chevelle with 250ci + TH350.
Looking to keep this and add a few goodies to make it run sweet and look a little different than the usual Small Block.

that is one fine looking car.bit hard to see,but it is still left hand drive?
love those jelly bean alloys. I have them on my Valiant as well.

Hi Rod, wow, this is truly an international club.
yea still left hand drive...would'nt change that !
Car had been in storage for 27yrs..then following a bereavement was sold when the family cleared out the home.
Its up and running, "on the road" but needs work...looks better in the pics than it is !!
Gathering parts together at the moment..got a clifford intake, holley 390, mercruiser valve cover, hope to get a cam and headers next...need advice here what to buy ??

I'm always impressed by overseas American Iron collectors. In these times obtaining parts and cost of the same must be quite a challenge. You have a great looking Chevelle.Along with Camaros,it's one of the most desirable collectables here in the US. Good Luck with your project.

Definately a challenge..not too many Chevelles here in England..and probably no six-pot examples...everyone going the V8 route...Its the easy option !!
With gas prices the way they are at the moment..currently $9.50+ for a gallon, a nice torquey smooth running six seems like a cool choice to me.

Should I just stick with "Clifford" products or will I get good results from mixing parts ?
Anyone got an opinion ??
