Yeah, that's pretty pricey, and I'm not looking for SFI approval since this won'tbe a drag car. From the data I've found online, (see "T5 mounting diagram", here: http://www.fortesparts.com/catalog.cfm?catalogID=2 ) it seems that Chevy and Ford have approximately the same input shaft length??? So that might work.

The trans uses the standard size hole for the input shaft in the bellhousing, so I might also try getting a generic steel bellhousing (like from Speedway) and drilling the new bolt pattern in it.
